The subscription is tied to your email domain, the part
after the @ in work addresses. Anyone who creates an account with
their work address is subscribed automatically, as long as seats
remain.
To announce it internally, one sentence is enough:
“create an account with your work email.” Nothing else to
send.
The price is set on the day of purchase and nothing changes
without an action on your part. Adding seats can be done any time,
and you only pay for the remaining part of the year. Removing seats
takes effect at renewal.
If no seats remain, no one is blocked : new accounts get
the free part of the site in the meantime, and a message invites you
to add seats.
You see how many seats are used. Never the names, never
what anyone looks at.

Fewer than 12 people ? The individual subscription
at $20/year is enough — the plan covers a minimum of 12 seats. Some
teams choose it anyway to support the site : there is no
advertising or tracking here, and subscriptions pay for everything.
